Seven Lakes Partners (SLP) is a boutique advisory firm, specialized in Transportation, Logistics & Infrastructure, with offices in Amsterdam and New York. We offer a suite of advisory services and are focused on cross-border M&A transactions. As an independent boutique, we combine truly independent advice with best-in-class execution capabilities to deliver value to our clients.

SLP provides strategic advisory services including the following:

• Sell-side M&A advisory: supporting business owners (individuals, families, or investors) in finding the ideal partner for their business while maximizing share and stakeholder value
• Buy-side M&A advisory: bringing differentiated M&A ideas and providing execution support
• Capital raise advisory: supporting companies in sourcing equity capital to facilitate M&A or expansion projects
• Valuation services: preparation of valuation models and reports, including fairness opinions
