About Collegium and Andersen Global

Collegium Corporate Finance and Valuation Advisors (“Collegium Advisors”)) is a corporate finance firm based in Rotterdam servicing all types of companies for various requirements, ranging from sell-side M&A for SME clients to business and intangible asset valuations for multinational corporations. Collegium Advisors performs valuations, for strategic, transaction, accounting, and tax purposes with client companies of all sizes in the Netherlands and abroad. In our transaction advisory practice, we support our clients in sell-side M&A, fundraising, restructuring, and debt advisory.

Collegium is a collaborating partner of Andersen Global with 15,000 employees, and active in more than 170 countries worldwide. Our employees will therefore work in an inspiring international environment and in multidisciplinary projects together with their colleagues in Andersen’s law, tax, and valuation service lines. Permanent education, international secondments, and career development are supported by management.
