We are continuing to expand our Benelux presence and are seeking an experienced Analyst with relevant M&A experience to join the Macquarie Capital team in Amsterdam and support in the origination and execution of a broad range of transactions across the Benelux region.
Macquarie Capital is the investment banking and principal investment arm of Macquarie Group and our Amsterdam team delivers independent M&A, capital markets and debt advisory services to financial and corporate clients in the Benelux region.
You will be part of a relatively new and expanding platform in the Benelux region and join a high calibre team with ample experience from top investments banks. You will prepare pitch books for marketing and transaction execution purposes, as well as model cash flows / financial projections to support transactions and manage internal processes for investment decisions.
You will also have the opportunity to attend relevant meetings and interact with our client base. Moreover, you will work in a highly motivated team and environment covering M&A, debt, equity advisory and principal investments for Macquarie Capital’s balance sheet in different sectors.

About You
- You are a proactive, self-starter.
- A minimum of 3-6 months of relevant internship experience or up to 2 years full-time financial experience.
- An excellent academic track-record, demonstrable financial modelling skills and knowledge of the broader Benelux landscape & deal processes.
- Excellent written and spoken English is required as well as fluency in Dutch.
